Notice is hereby given, that an order has been made by the General Legal Council acting in pursuance of the provisions of Section 16(a) of the Legal Profession Act, 1960 (Act 32) (as amended) and Rule 9(1) of the Legal Profession (Professional Conduct and Etiquette) Rules, 1969 (L.I. 613), to the effect that the persons named here-under, be struck off the Roll of Lawyers in Ghana:
